About M&D Construction&Property
Built on 25 years of combined trade experience, we are dedicated to delivering craftsmanship of the highest standard to homeowners and businesses across The North East.
Quality over quantity from experienced tradesmen
Founded by Mason and Dan, M&D Construction&Property started with a straightforward vision: step away from rushed site work and focus on giving clients the dedicated attention and fine finish they deserve. With extensive backgrounds on the tools, our core background is in skilled bricklaying alongside a wide range of building trades. We believe that true quality takes care, precision, and a genuine pride in every joint laid.
Local pride in every project
The North East is our home—an area with a big heart, which is exactly how we approach our business. We take immense pride in working with local clients, treating every project as if it were on our own properties. Whether it is an essential structural repair, an extension, or full property improvements, no job is too big or too complex for our dedicated team.
"Mason and Dan did a fantastic job with our brickwork. Their attention to detail, reliability, and tidy finish were second to none. We couldn't be happier with the outcome."
